Airbnb in Athens, GA

Trying to find out if others in the area are on here. What do you about insurance? Just use Airbnb or did you change your coverage on your personal home owner's policy?

Also, taxes. Did you get a Transient Occupancy Tax Certificate?  Report/Pay any taxes at local level?

any input on these or any other issue would be great!  Airbnb makes it difficult (i.e. I can't figure out!) how to start my own Group for Athens....help???
