Expenses to consider for a Vacation Rental

Is there a list out there with some general information on when things should be replaced for a vacation rental, ie. towels, bedding, carpet, washer/dryer..... Roughly, how much money should I be setting aside? I am using a CapEx form found on BP for my long term rentals that I found helpful. Just looking for something similar but for a vacation rental that has many more items to consider.
