Guesty integration needed for client reporting NOT Trust Accounting

Maria Getoff
Posted

Hi! We need help! We don't do trust accounting, all owners are paid out to their bank accounts and we bill them for commission and expenses. In Virginia we can't do trust accounting without a RE or Broker's license. Nor do we really want to. We currently use Zapier to connect Guesty to Google Sheets for the client reports then to QBO to invoice but it's clunky. Any suggestions for a solution for this would be soooo helpful. We manage 15 properties and growing. Many thanks,

Maria
