Have you leased to a company who subsequently used your home for short term rentals?

I was recently approached by a company called Wanderlust Ventures.  Their website is https://www.hostingyourstay.com/.  Seems like a straightforward concept.  They lease one of my listings and then they use the home for short and mid term rentals. Has anyone heard of them? How about any of their competitors?

Hey Donald, 

If you can find a long term tenant for the same price I will go with the long term tenant. If someone approches me to da a short term rental in my property, I want them to pay a premium for that, on top of making sure they have proper insurance. I usually ask for a 25% increase in the monthly rent.
