STR - Poconos/Lake Naomi

Is it possible to run an STR in Lake Naomi? Do you need to look for homes for sale that already have an STR permit?

Thanks all! SUPER helpful. Fell in love with the amenities for personal use as I have family up there, but on a tour it did sound like they make it hard for guests to access, wasn't sure how much of an inhibitor that is given there is so much other stuff to do in the Poconos outside of the club. (As a side note, if any communities amenities come close to LN, pls lmk - highlights were the pools w/bars, activities for kids/families, 2 restaurants & golf) 

It sounds like if I have this right, I'd want to stay outside of Timber Trails and would need to register a STR with Tobyhanna township and the LNC HOA.
