Looking to Purchase SFR's for STR

Hello. My name is Brandon. I am an out-of-state buy and hold investor looking to start purchasing STR's in the Akron/Canton, OH area. I live in Phoenix, AZ, but much of my family and many of my friends live in OH and the purchase pricing is much better out there.
