Design Dilemmas: What's your biggest struggle with designing your vacation rental?

What's your biggest struggle when it comes to designing your vacation rental? I'm a designer that likes sharing advice/hacks/resources specifically for investors looking to maximize their ROI.

I'd love to hear your design dilemmas and answer any questions you may have. Real feedback will also help me create valuable content and resources.

For example, many investors struggle with knowing which amenities to splurge on for max ROI. But here's the key: understand your target market. Who are you trying to attract? If you're targeting groups in mountain homes, they'll likely value in-home entertainment. So, splurging on a pool table, hot tub, and a telescope to enjoy the views would yield significant returns.

I'd love to hear your thoughts! What are your biggest challenges when designing your vacation rental?
