neutral carpet colors for STR

Hello,

I need new carpets for the bedrooms in my STR. Any reco's for neutral carpet colors for an STR? should the carpet be more of a dark neutral color to hide stains? Also what brand, material and carpet type should I get? is it better to go with the low pile carpet since it's easier to clean? TIA

Don't use carpet in any rental property. 

Use LVP.
