For those with LLCs, did you register it in the STR state or home state?

I have most LLC'S in my state where most properties are located.

I do have a Wyoming LLC that is the beneficiary of a TN land trust that owns a cabin in Pigeon Forge.

Usually I would think it's easier to have the LLC where you are.

In SC I can create a LLC for $110 and not have any annual fees to maintain it.
