It is all about the creation of themed homes and rooms. Heavy on the design and how each place goes into great detail.

Pretty cool stuff.

Did you see Rob Abasolo's latest blog post? He bought a house for a flip but couldn't sell it, so he turned it into an AirBnB. He discovered there was high demand for Bachelorette parties, so he turned it all pink and marketed it for Bachelorettes. He's making more money with it than any of his other short-term rentals.

The riches are in the niches.
