Need help with Schlage lock

I have a Schlage Encode lock on 1 property, using Remotelock and integrated with OwnerRez for code purposes, etc. works great for over a year.

just started a new property a month ago. While down, installed a new Encode, fired up the Schlage app, then integrated it into Remotelock and everything worked good for a month. Fast forward to 4 days ago. Lock is offline, wont show up in the Schlage app or Remotelock. No codes are working with it. Luckily, i took a picture of the inside of the lock and was able to give the guest the embedded code so they could get in and out.

Question is, do i have to drive 5 hours down to the property and start all over again initializing it or is there some other way someone knows of to re-integrate it into everything?

I don’t know the answer, but call Schlage. They are very good about helping over the phone, and their literature practically begs you to call them when you have a problem. If it does require something in person, maybe your cleaner can be paid to do it?
