Need Help with 4 Bed/4Bath STR Bedroom Configuration

John Oertel
Posted

Just bought new STR in Florida. It has 4 Bedrooms. Was thinking One Kids Rooms with 2 sets of Bunk Beds (Full on bottom/Twin on Top) because it still seems to be a fun draw to homes (would love thoughts here). Two Bedrooms with King Beds and one bedroom with 2 Full size beds. Thoughts??? Thanks for your help and advice!

Hey @John Oertel, so we have a 4 bedroom and I have one room dedicated to kids. It is a bunk room with 2 twin over twin beds. I can't fit a twin over full. Great selling point IMHO. If you can do the full, then you can sleep adults if needed.

Make sure whatever bunk bed you get it is certified for adults. Ours are 250lb each bunk.

I am not a big fan of multiple queens or full beds in one room. I know it can work but I really like all kings if you can fit them. That is just me.
