Do they really think we are this dumb?

A cool feature on VRBO has been the allowance of a video for each property.  The user simply uploads the video - which is hosted on YouTube - onto the property listing and voila!  You now have a video.  Until you don't!

Seems that suddenly, a technical - and permanent - issue with "Youtube's platform", now prevents VRBO from allowing the videos.  The Pakastani agent told me that the pause in the YouTube videos is "temporarily permanent for now."

But, but, but...there's a $379 solution!  Hire one of VRBO's "preferred vendors" to come and shoot a NEW video of your place, and it will now be in their "Virtual Tour" section, and you now have a video again!

Some of the dishonest b.s. that these companies come up with, in an effort to squeeze out more cash from homeowners, is laughable.  Monopolistic behavior, with complete and reckless disregard for the reason they are in business to begin with:  Us.
