Active STR in Dubai. Need bonus depreciation advice

Hello,

I have an active STR condo in Dubai since 2022 and I was planning to do a costseg study to claim bonus depreciation. Premium condo and a lot of high-end upgrades and furniture. Is that possible? Does IRS have any constraints on bonus depreciation for foreign STRs? Will the costseg investment be worth it?
