How does one go about obtaining a basic floor plan of their AirBNB to submit to the city/county? What is a reasonable price to hire someone to go on site to measure the home and then draw the plans?

If they don't need an "official" floor plan, there is a free app where you walk around the room with your mobile device pointed at where the floor and wall meets. It will map out the rooms and give you dimensions including square footage. This is the same app that my photographer uses for my listings.
