Good afternoon, I am a local investor in Middle Tennessee. I am closing on a three bedroom two bath home. The area allows Airbnb, and I was wondering if there are any suggests that other short-term renters have.

This is a hard strategy in the STR space. Guests for safety reasons, do not want to share a home with the owner. You may want to check out Padsplit instead.
