Ready For a Big Move!!!

I retired from a 25 year career in public service in 2020. Since that time, I obtained my real estate license and have built a mostly referral based business and have enjoyed helping people accomplish their real estate goals. Since beginning my real estate career, I have joined a local investment group(s) of realtors from my office and became part owner in 5 investment properties ranging from SFH to multi-family units. In addition to that, my wife and I co-own a lakefront property with our close friends at a local lake community that has been a great place to escape city life and make wonderful memories with our families.

My 2024 goal is to purchase one or more investment properties in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico or the surrounding area. I'm told the Cabo market is over-saturated with condos but I don't want to let that discourage me despite having no experience investing in foreign investment properties. I'm open to any advice anyone has about this venture and I look forward connecting with other STR investors and hope to overcome the fear and uncertainty of this venture in 2024!!!

During our free time, our family loves to travel together to beach destinations, skiing destinations, and to do anything that involves fishing!!!
