Other PMS options like Resnexus? (show guests avail. room options for direct booking)

Hey gang,

We're bringing more units online at our property in 2024. I'm currently looking into Resnexus for a PMS as they have a fantastic direct booking capability for multiple units on the same property where the booking engine will show a guest all of the different room options available for their selected time window.

I just did a walkthrough with a Resnexus rep, and the platform looks mostly adequate, but there are a couple obvious missing features (like automated texting or messaging for cleaning/operations staff) that I can work around if needed, but I'd prefer not to.

What other PMS options have this kind of functionality that I should look into?
