Any short term rental BP people in the area?

Hello Las Vegas BP people! I am trying to connect with anyone that has some information regarding short term rentals here in Las vegas. I have a rented home with now fully furnished rooms and all, and want to see what I could do now that I have the permission of the landlord to do as I like! I’d love to connect and get any feedback or tips! If you are truly in Las Vegas (not north Las Vegas)  I think you’ll be denied a permit and fined excessively if you try to do STR. You’ll need to switch to MTR. I BELIEVE they only allow STR in owner occupied properties.

Just be aware that it is illegal without a permit. They are currently not taking applicants. So you would be risking $1000 a night fines if caught. There are 9000ish illegal STRs here, I know 3 people who have been shut down in the last 6 months.

Rent out the extra rooms instead.

It's hard having a STR in Las Vegas due to strict laws and regulations. You could check Facebook and see if there's any groups in the Las Vegas area.
