Determine most profitable amenities

I watched a video/podcast once that showed a tool/site which allowed you to see what amenities the most offered amenities were in any given market/area ranked from highest to least (like A/C, pool, grill, etc). And it also then showed the average revenue impact of each amenity.

So maybe 50% of properties have a pool but the ones that do generate 70% of the revenue. It did this for each amenity so you could see what you should offer but also what kind of impact it might have on your revenue too.

I thought it might have been AirDNA but I can’t seem to find it there.

Does anyone know of any STR data tools/reports that show this kind of info?

Amenities are great...but IMHO, the main amenity is a nice, clean, warm, welcoming house with good coffee and a good bathroom. A BBQ is a nice first extra. But before we go on the quest for all the fancy amenities, I think a lot of STR owners should focus on the basics first.
