Hey BP, with all the buzz about to-AirBnB or not-to-AirBnB, I wanted to throw my hat in the ring and introduce myself.

I don't believe he owns 100 properties, but manages them.
And, it's short term renting. Not AirBNBing. AirBNB is a platform.
