Thanks Ryan!

Hey Jacob - There is a moratorium from the state on municipalities passing new laws or amending old laws regarding rental durations.  This was from 2014.  In 2019 Hillsborough County passed a law despite this, knowing it was unenforceable.  We have 40 units in Hillsborough and no issues at all.  They passed this law to try dissuade people from starting new ones, knowing full well it is not unenforceable.

You are totally fine in Hillsborough County, just make sure you are not in HOA and if you are you are not running afoul of their rules.

Best of luck!
