Any Air BnB hosts in Indy?

Hey,

I am an owner/manager of a long-term rental, and I’m under contract to buy a house that has great Air BnB potential. Weighing my options and seeking some guidance. I don’t have any experience in STRs, and I’m looking for a local Indianapolis Air BnB veteran who would love a free cup of coffee while I pick their brain for 30 minutes!
