Hello all! 

I am looking to connect with anyone with knowledge, advice, or experience investing in STR's near Petoskey/Harbor Springs area. How are the winter bookings compared to the summer bookings? Heavy restrictions in that area? Best bed/bath combo you've found to rent out? Anything about the area and STR's that come to mind! Thanks in advance!
