Short Term Rental in Memphis

Hello,

I am a real estate investor interested in investing in Memphis, Tennessee, and seeking advice and guidance on the best short term rental neighborhoods in this market. 

I have done some research, and I know that Memphis is an excellent market to invest in real estate. However, I am still unsure which areas/zipcodes of Memphis are the best to invest in for STR.

I would greatly appreciate any advice or recommendations on which neighborhoods to consider investing in and which types of properties are in high demand. Additionally, if anyone knows of any local resources or experts who can provide guidance, I would be very grateful for any recommendations.

Hi Aria- I think Midtown (38104), and High Point Terrace (38122- This zip is also Berclair, so make sure you're looking South of Sam Cooper) are excellent areas for Short Term rentals. I own one in High Point and it performs very well. I have several friends who own in Midtown and they also perform very well.
