WHERE can you still get an STR liscense?

It seems like every town I look in has such strict regulations where you need to owner occupy your unit. Where are you all still able to operate STR's? Thanks!

There are lots of places where you don't even need a STR license or permit.

Sometimes right outside of city limits is unregulated when it comes to a STR.
