STR Self Managed Property Management Plan

Hi everyone, I could use some help. I am starting my first STR and as part of the county that I am starting out in I need to have a property management plan. I assume this is something that is already out there and was hoping someone could share a template or existing one they have. If someone does not have that then I would appreciate some items that should be included in this plan.

Never heard of such a thing or requirement. Perhaps you should contact the county and ask them what they expect to see in it.
