STR 2 cleaners: 1-$140/project 2-$250/project. What do I charge?

I have a new STR in 29 Palms, CA and I am using Turno.com for my cleaners. My primary cleaner charges $140 per project but my backup cleaner is $250 per project. The average charge for cleaning fees in this area I've found to be around $160 per stay.

What should I list my cleaning fee at? Should I fire the backup cleaner and find a new one?

While I have a backup cleaner, I’ve never used her. I would charge the market rate $160.

Then in the interim, I’d talk to locals to secure your backup. While I like the service Turno provides, it tended to bring in cleaners from 25 miles away that were effectively charging me for the drive time. Vs the quality I found when I started talking to locals.
