Airbnb Arbitrage Catalyst
I was listening in on a podcast with bigger pockets, and I heard them discussing airbnb arbitrage as a sort of stepping stone into real estate investing. My mind was blown! I'm obviously new to the game and late to the party, but nothing less than intrigued.
I'm wondering if anyone here has utilized this as a catalyst lately?
They included a pretty fair pros/cons. Is there anything that would make you say absolutely not? Absolutely yes? General opinions, thoughts, and experience welcome.

Hi India,
I think describing Airbnb arbitrage as a stepping stone into real estate investing is a good way to think about it, but it can be a very advantageous model on its own as well. My company operates 40+ arbitrage units currently, and does very well at it. The key is to find profitable properties and convince the landlord to allow you to do arbitrage with them.
If you're still looking to get into the space - feel free to reach out. We've helped set up several investors with pre-approved lucrative arbitrage opportunities.
