STR in twin cities area and good real estate CPA

Looking for a STR property in the twin cities area that we can manage as a couple . Does anyone have any ideas/ experience in this area of the country . What areas in the twin cities have a better chance of STR success. Are there people willing to connect on this, that are investing in this category and using savvy accounting . Looking for friends / referrals etc .

@Yatin G. So minneapolis has a 1 str per person rule, so if you want multiple I would avoid minneapolis. Bloomington has a 30 day minimum due to the hotels and the MOA. I believe the brainerd lakes area hhas some limits now too, but I am not 100% sure. I think duluth and 2 harbors has made it where you can't str because they are only allowing a small amount that is already full. Not 100% sure on the further out ones, but around the twin cities most places are friendly for str. For an accountant I always recommend @John Woodrich He may not be accepting clients, but he can refer other CPA's or possibly software for you
