Looking to connect with other investors in Springfield, Missouri
Hi everyone! My husband and I are looking to connect with and get advice from other investors in the Springfield, MO, area. We are about to close on our first investment property there, an STR, and just found out about all the permit rules and regulations specific to the city of Springfield. It's a lot. We'd like some guidance from those who have gone before.
