Starting REI on H1B - guidance needed!

Hello everyone

I am a rookie starting to venture into REI. I am currently on a H1B (Work) Visa in the US and looking to connect with people who have invested on H1B and learn your journey & connect with lenders, investors, property managers who have worked with H1B Visa holders who have STRs, MTRs, LTRs etc to seek guidance and direction from your experiences.
