How to find investors or landlords who need help co-hosting?
This is my first post. I currently own an Airbnb in Saratoga Springs, NY. We made superhost status in a very short time and we love hosting - so we decided we want to help people run their short term rentals. We started a property management company but are finding it hard to find landlords or investors who are looking for someone to host their property. Does anyone have an tips, tricks, or meet ups in the Capital Region that might help us find clients who are looking to have someone run their short term rental?

Over time, I built up a rapport and people started viewing me as a subject matter expert. At that point, I noticed people would start messaging me about property management without much more outreach on my own. I'd recommend building up your brand & share your expertise out so people can develop rapport & trust with you. Once you have that, like other people have said, just keep attending Meetups and put yourself out in front of people.
