STR, MTR, and LTR investment opportunities in Panama City, FL

You probably already know that Panama City Beach (PCB) is great for vacationers from March through September and for a smaller population of Snowbirds in the winter months, but did you know that the City of Panama City (PC) has a MUCH lower property price point and that the ENTIRE CITY is STRable (with only a few exceptions)?

PC is just 15-20 minutes from the white sandy beaches of PCB and draws people from all over the US for a variety of work, family, and recreational reasons. We have an Air Force base (with limited on-base housing), two hospitals, 2 colleges/universities (Gulf Coast State College and a 4-year branch of Florida State University), a shipbuilding company, a port, and numerous ongoing major construction projects. Additionally, our Navy base (on PCB) is THE dive school for ALL branches of the military, and many members choose to live in PC instead, either while here for short training stints or when permanently stationed.

This means PC has MANY people in need of STRs, MTRs, and LTRs.
