STR Permit in Anaheim - Anyone recently applied for permit? How long did it take?

Hello! This is my first post on the forums. I am a real estate agent and I am working with an investor who is considering purchasing a home in Anaheim to make it into a short term rental. I am curious whether anyone has recently successfully obtained a permit to operate an STR in Anaheim. If so, how long did the process take?
