Here's a quick (2:37) video where I show you how to use the zoning map for Panama City Beach, Florida to tell if a property you're interested in can be an STR. I have a special hand-drawn map for my client's MLS searches where I do this work for them, but you can type in each address one by one if you'd like to do this yourself.
