STR quick & dirty calculations
Hi!
I am wondering if anybody has any "quick and dirty" calculations (similar to the 1% rule in LTR investing) that they use when underwriting STR's?
I have heard some are aiming at 20% COC return. Does that include down payment, closing costs, furnishing, etc?
Any additional hints/tips would be great! I am hoping we can create a place where people share some thoughts on this!
