STRs to offset W2 income

Mark Stevens
Posted

Can anyone who is primarily a W2 earner and has successfully avoided a large tax bill by deploying STR's cost segregation strategy, share your insights? Considering I'm someone who is vested in my day job, how much of a learning curve is it to get into STR, any recommended zip codes to look into that are STR friendly and how much time does it take to manage this STR?
