Hi - we are looking at dipping our toe into the STR space with one of our newly acquired properties. We don't think we necessarily need full property management, just really someone to clean and turn over the house and such when tenants leave and before others come and notify us of any potential issues.

We have friends that have had good success in other states and figured it was worth a try, if it was low(er) effort like our LTR. 

If anyone in the area has any recommendations in the area or even industry keywords to find a company, we'd appreciate it!
