I have a question about structuring an llc for my strp

So I currently run an Airbnb in Nashville (owner occupied), the market for residential str in Nashville is kinda tough.
they have restrictions on str permits (for owner occupied) transfers to an llc. But if I do a long term rental to my llc, and my llc hires myself as the property manager to run the Airbnb.
and I just pay myself thru the llc with a w2. Will this work and won’t revoke my permit?

@Hoai Ho

As soon as you transfer it to the LLC your permit is going to be revoked.

I'm speaking from experience because this actually happened to me before.

You can then appeal it to the BZA which will take about 6 months and there's no telling what your outcome will be.
