Rental Arbitrage Airbnb in Pittsburgh Area

Hello BP Community,

I'm looking to connect with someone in the Pittsburgh area that has had success with the Rental Arbitrage business model. I own a long-term rental now and I am looking to learn about the STR space from someone nearby that is actually doing it. I work my W-2 job from home, and I would be willing to offer my time for free to assist a potential mentor while I learn from them. Any leads for someone like this that you all are able to pass along would be greatly appreciated!
