Short term rentals in Western Mass -Cheshire williamstown
Hi anyone invest in STR or real estate in western Massachusetts? How do your properties perform?
We were looking at western mass and saw some areas with 25% coc
Anyone have experience there or a real estate agent recommendation? Or prop management recommendations?

Hi Will,
Although I don't own anything there, it's where I grew up, and I know the area well. I would think you'd do really well in the Berkshires, specifically Lee/Lenox for the quaint New England charm. Another area to consider is North Adams/Williamstown - you've got 2 colleges, as well as MassMOCA, which is a huge draw. Not to mention the proximity to VT for skiing, hiking, etc. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the area.
