How I handle house issues when Co-Hosting 100% remotely

A common question that comes up a lot, with managing 100% remotely, is how I deal with issues that come up in the house.

I've had windows break.

I've had plumbing issues

and I can go on and on!!

But the #1 thing that's consistent for all the issues is that everything is handled 100% remotely.

It's not rocket science.

It's called "call the expert to get the job done."

Even if I was next door to the property, my time is best well spent working "on" the business instead of "in" the business.
