Have you ever injured yourself at your STR?

Was collecting rent yesterday, wearing shorts.  Stepped out of my truck and my foot caught on some uneven concrete while my other foot was coming out of the truck.  I went flying face forward but was able to brace the fall with the palms of my hand (like a push up).  I regained my composure and went to the house.  The tenants didn't see me fall.

Ended up with 2 skinned knees, bruised palm and some pulled muscles in my shoulder.  Let's hear your tales of injury.

So why are you collecting rent in person.
Zelle, PayPal, Venmo etc.

 9 people.  They pay cash or with a credit card.  If they are cooking when I go by they will give me a plate of food big enough to feed 2 people.
