How do you spy on your competition?

My wife got a me a drone a few months ago.  Our nephew has a 640 acre ranch and they use their drones to monitor the cattle, food and water supply.  The drone has a range of 6 miles and has a 4K camera.  There is a mobile home park that has cabins and furnished mobile homes about 1.5 miles away from my house.  They are my competition.   I pop a can open every evening, sit in the shade in my driveway, launch my drone and fly it over the mobile home park.  I fly it high enough so that it can't be seen or heard.  I count the vehicles in front of each property at the place.  Their occupancy is about 15%.  When I'm done spying, there is a button on my screen for Return To Home.  It flies directly back to where it was launched from and lands itself.

Again Paul you are my hero.  I do long term rentals and log onto Zillow every day and save every rental in the cities I rent in, you can save up to 500.  When it is time to buy I can go back to this database and see what houses rented for in the area and how long they were on the market.  I have a separate account I save homes again on when I first hear I’m having a vacancy so I can track rents and more importantly have a database of recently rented houses since those are more telling than what is listed at the time.  I also like looking at the pictures so I know how my finishing stack up to the competition.  Make sure your drone stays high or I feel in your area it could turn into an expensive clay pigeon.
