ISO AirBnb cleaner and photographer for airBNB

Good afternoon all! 

I know good Airbnb cleaners are worth their weight in gold these days but if anybody wants to share their contacts or tips on how to find one, I would make sure to find a way to show my appreciation. 

The property is an up/down duplex. 3/1.5 upstairs and 2/1 downstairs. We are looking for an Airbnb cleaner (bonus if the person would be interested to do monthly cleaning of our property as well).

Also, we are looking for a photographer who could do professional pictures for the property to post on AirBnb.
