Best STR and LTR Software?

I have 2 STR's and 3 LTR's and this year we are formalizing the business, which has thusfar been "additional income" but we want to grow it as our primary career. Is there a software that can manage my STR bookings, cleanings, maintenance needs, etc as well as our LTR contracts, monthly payments, expenses, etc.? Basically, how do I consolidate so I can organize and track everything in one place? Thanks! Jesse

 I think we can all agree that your techniques are well outside the norm. Including your art selections.
