Does anyone have experience selling an STR management company?

Curious if anyone on here has ever sold an STR management company, or knows anyone that has? Same question for the sale of management contracts for individual properties.

Interested in hearing more about who is buying them, what multiples are being paid, etc.

Thanks!

I sold one but it was eight years ago. I sold it for 3x EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, amortization). I feel like we did well with it.
