Short Term RV pad rentals

Can Short Term RV Pads be rented through Airbnb or VRBO if there are requirements on age (55+) and age of the RV (10 years or less)?  My regular guests will not be returning and I'm looking for an avenue to advertise and get new bookings.  Any insights or advice?
