Structural Engineer in Morongo Basin

I have a single-family home under contract in the Morongo Basin, CA (more specifically, 29 Palms). I plan to use the home as a STR. The issue is that there's an unpermitted garage conversion. The previous owner converted the garage into a primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom but didn't pull permits. I reached out to the 29 Palms Building Department and they said that my first step is to have an engineer sign off on the foundation. Anyone know any good engineers in the 29 Palms area who could provide a quote? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
